TRANDWORLD was founded in 2000 by Guy Chartrand on the simple principle of quality, reliability and excellent service for a fair price by offering an unprecedented Fusion between Real Estate and General Construction. Guy Chartrand, CEO has been a Developer, Realtor / Broker, Construction Manager and General Contractor for over 27 years all combined. Trandworld has developed a distinguished reputation for being able to hold the highest possible quality standards while meeting strict budgets and deadlines. Ms. Proulx has an MBA degree from HEC Montreal and Stockbroker’s Licensed as a Security Investment Advisor. She worked on Wall Street in New York City and in Los Angeles, California. She currently works in Florida in Banking, Finance, and Immigration’s Ventures. She brings a wealth of knowledge with over 20 years of experience in Investment, Banking, Business Development, Marketing, and Strategic Planning. Also, she has been on the Board of the Chamber of Commerce Quebec-Florida since the Inauguration. She is originally from Montreal, Canada, and fluent in French and English.
